Thanks to barrier-free access, parking right at the entrance, and professional technical service, Project Studio becomes an ideal place for demanding productions, corporate events, workshops, and exclusive photo shoots.

There are 2 designated parking spaces directly on the premises, which are included in the rental price.
It is also possible to park near the area in the blue zones.

• 1 hour of rental = 1936 CZK incl. VAT
• The rental price includes rental for up to 10 people in the area in total
• 10 to 15 people + 20%
• 15 to 20 people + 35%

• General rules
The studio is intended for rental for the purposes of photography, video shooting, podcast recording, and event organization.
Either the entire space or only the technical equipment is rented, according to the agreement and reservation system.
Entry and use of the premises is only possible upon valid reservation and payment of the rental price.
The area is always made accessible no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the valid reservation period.
The use of special effects in the studio, such as smoke, water or other liquids, confetti, etc. is only possible after prior agreement with the studio operator.
• Operating hours
Standard studio operating hours are daily from 07:00 to 22:00 (unless otherwise agreed).
Please adhere to the start and end times of the rental - arrival and departure, including cleaning, are within the reserved time block.
• Entry and movement within the premises
Entry is only permitted to the tenant and the number of people listed in the reservation.
The tenant is responsible for the behavior of their guests and for any damage that occurs during the rental.
• Parking
There are only 2 parking spaces available on site, marked Project Studio.
Parking outside of the designated spaces on the premises is strictly prohibited and may result in a fine.
The tenant is responsible for violating this rule.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the premises
The tenant is obliged to:
Clean up the space after yourself to its original condition during the rental period.
Return all equipment to its place.
Take the trash to the designated containers.
Do not leave any personal belongings or leftovers from the event in the space.
• Kitchen and its use
A professional kitchen is part of the studio and is available by arrangement.
It is forbidden to use the kitchen for cooking without prior permission.
All used dishes, appliances and work surfaces must be thoroughly washed and cleaned after use.
• Technical equipment
Technical equipment (photo, video, audio equipment, etc.) is only rented with express consent and under the conditions specified in the reservation.
All equipment must be returned in its original condition and fully functional.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
• Prohibitions
Smoking is prohibited inside the studio.
It is prohibited to tamper with electrical installations, security equipment and other studio infrastructure without the operator's consent.
Prohibition of moving heavy equipment without prior agreement.
• Liability and sanctions
The tenant is responsible for damage caused by him, his guests or co-workers.
A penalty of up to CZK 5,000 will be charged for pollution, poor cleaning, or damage to the premises, depending on the extent of the violation.
For damage or destruction of equipment, compensation in the full amount of the purchase value will be required.
A contractual penalty of CZK 3,000 will be applied in the event of:
unauthorized parking outside of designated spaces,
leaving the space in an untidy or damaged condition,
exceeding the reserved time without prior arrangement.
• Final provisions
By making a reservation, the tenant confirms that he has read these operating rules and agrees to fully comply with them.
The operator reserves the right to change the operating rules with prior notice.
